Moonora Lab works when carriers share honest payment experiences. These guidelines help keep reports useful, fair, and trustworthy for the freight community.

• Submit reports based on your own direct business experience.
• Include accurate load dates, payment terms, and days to pay when known.
• Update your payment log when terms come due and you receive payment.
• Provide supporting details when asked during verification or dispute review.
• Use professional language in comments and disputes.

• Submit false, exaggerated, retaliatory, or duplicate reports.
• Report on companies you have not actually hauled for.
• Impersonate another carrier, broker, or company representative.
• Attempt to manipulate Payment Pulse scores or rankings.
• Post personal attacks, harassment, or unrelated grievances.

Moonora Lab may reject, remove, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Verified brokers may dispute reports they believe are inaccurate. Nothing is removed automatically — all disputes are reviewed by Moonora Lab administrators.
