Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Our standard
Moonora Lab works when carriers share honest payment experiences and responsible private imports. These guidelines keep reports and contributions useful and fair.
Do
- Submit community reports based on your own direct business experience.
- Include accurate dates and terms when known.
- Keep Vault imports limited to records you are authorized to handle.
- Use the separate contribution consent only when you intend company-level aggregate use.
- Correct honest mistakes through the published correction paths.
- Use professional language in comments and disputes.
Don't
- Submit false, exaggerated, retaliatory, or duplicate community reports.
- Fabricate imports or alter dates to manipulate outcomes.
- Submit another party’s data without authority.
- Coordinate multi-account manipulation or evade deduplication.
- Falsely match companies or make malicious confirmed-unpaid allegations.
- Upload malware or intentionally malformed files.
- Impersonate carriers, brokers, or company representatives.
- Retaliate against others for lawful reporting or challenges.
Honest errors vs misconduct
Legitimate re-imports and good-faith corrections are not automatically misconduct. Disputes and challenges do not automatically remove data. Administrators review integrity issues.
Enforcement
Moonora may reject, quarantine, revoke contribution authority, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. See Data Correction & Challenges and our Report & Data Contribution Policy.
