Data Correction & Challenges

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Product process draft — not legal advice. Do not email full invoices unencrypted unless Moonora provides a secure follow-up channel. Moonora may verify identity or authority before acting. Filing a request does not automatically remove evidence.

Choose the right path

  • Correct public company identity (name, MC/USDOT, location/type).
  • Dispute a community report (verified company representatives).
  • Challenge a trusted severe-overdue or confirmed-unpaid signal.
  • Request correction or removal of contributed trusted evidence.
  • Revoke future contribution consent.
  • Request personal-data access or deletion.

1. Correct public company identity

Who: company representatives or users who identify a factual identity error.

Provide: company profile URL or name + MC/USDOT, what is wrong, and the corrected fact with a public source if available.

Outcomes: update, decline with reason, or request more information. Identity corrections may affect matching and aggregates.

Contact: privacy@moonoralab.com

2. Dispute a community report

Who: verified representatives of the company on the report.

Follow the Report Dispute Process. Disputed reports usually remain visible during review. Possible outcomes include upholding the report or sustaining the dispute.

3. Challenge a trusted severe-overdue or confirmed-unpaid signal

Who: company representatives who believe a public aggregate severe-overdue or confirmed-unpaid count is incorrect.

Provide: company profile URL, which signal is challenged, why it is incorrect, and supporting context. Do not post raw invoice evidence publicly. Moonora may request secure evidence follow-up.

Outcomes: rematch, revoke/restore observation authority, recalculation, or decline. Challenge filing alone does not remove counts.

4. Correction or removal of contributed trusted evidence

Who: the contributing account holder, or an authorized party with proof of authority.

Provide: account email, approximate contribution time or import reference (not public invoice numbers), and the correction requested.

Outcomes: observation revocation/correction, recalculation, or decline where retention or integrity requirements apply. Revoking future consent is a different path and does not by itself erase already-qualified influence.

5. Revoke future contribution consent

Contact privacy@moonoralab.com from your account email to stop future contribution processing under the implemented rule. Ask separately if you also need correction or removal of previously processed evidence.

6. Personal-data access or deletion

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, request access, correction, or deletion of personal information at privacy@moonoralab.com. We do not promise a fixed statutory deadline unless counsel and operations approve one.

How recalculation works

When trusted observations are revoked, rematched, or corrected, company Payment Pulse aggregates may be recomputed. Community report disputes follow the report-dispute outcomes and may adjust display or dispute adjustments according to that process.
