Report Dispute Process

Purpose

Moonora Lab publishes community-submitted payment reports to help carriers make informed decisions. We also provide a fair process for verified company representatives to challenge reports they believe are inaccurate. Reports are never removed automatically.

Who can dispute

Only verified representatives of a company may dispute reports on that company's profile. Company verification requires an approved claim through Moonora Lab's claim review process.

How to file a dispute

  • Sign in as a verified company representative.
  • Open the company profile and locate the report on the Timeline.
  • Click "Dispute this report" on the specific report.
  • Explain why the report is inaccurate and provide supporting evidence, such as remittance details, payment dates, load numbers, or other documentation.
  • Submit the dispute for admin review.

The report remains visible on the company profile with a "Dispute under review" badge while Moonora Lab evaluates the submission.

Admin review

Moonora Lab administrators review the disputed report, broker evidence, and any supporting context. Possible outcomes:

  • Uphold report — the community report remains published and the dispute is logged.
  • Sustain dispute — the report is removed after review and the decision is logged.

All decisions include admin notes for accountability. Moonora Lab does not guarantee a particular outcome or timeline.
